CNC Machining

As Bullen worked to become a place where customers can meet all their silicon manufacturing needs, we added a CNC Machining department. In this department, we have state-of-the-art CNC Equipment with measurements verified on CMM Equipment.
       
Our equipment can be used to produce high quality rings, electrodes, and various different features into silicon. We can routinely hold +/- 0.0005" on most tolerances and +/-0.5 degree on most angles, with tighter tolerances being held on special projects
